Carlton Nettleton

Carlton Nettleton is a President of Look Forward Consulting and Certified Scrum Trainer with over twenty years of industry experience helping teams and organizations apply Scrum and Agile. Carlton is a passionate educator who believes in the transformative power of education to create lasting change. He has helped thousands of professionals learn and adopt Scrum, including eight former students who have gone on to become Certified Scrum Trainers. Some of his accomplishments include co-creating the career path for ScrumMasters and Product Owners at the Scrum Alliance, developing an Online Academy for advanced Scrum education with Applied Frameworks and writing a short book about Scrum, Fourteen Observations of Good Scrum Practice.

He is fluent in both English and Spanish and resides in Portugal with his family.
