Carlton Nettleton

Carlton Nettleton is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and President of The Scrum Academy, a global provider of live and on-demand training that improves the performance of Agile teams.  Carlton has over twenty-five years of industry experience helping teams and organizations apply Scrum and Agile.  He is an expert at designing and delivering impactful Agile training for enterprises of every size.  Over the course of his career, he has helped thousands of professionals learn and adopt Scrum, including eight former students who have gone on to become CST.
