Our own Carlton Nettleton, will be presenting at the Agile Prague Conference in Prague on September 16th and 17th, join him for his short (30 min.) presentation on Day 1 (September 16) at 12:15 p.m. His topic is “Software Pricing May Easy” and it’s based on his own observations that pricing strategies for numerous start-ups and small businesses often rely on the guesswork of finance and executive teams.
This approach, unfortunately, can leave potential revenue untapped at the key time when these businesses need it most. Pricing decisions should be rooted in the product itself, not in guesswork. He will explore how Product Owners and product managers can play a pivotal role in shaping software pricing, arriving at effective pricing strategy, structure, specifics and policies that ultimately drive increased revenue and profit.
