Unleash your Leadership Potential With An Advanced Certified Scrum Master® Certification
Let’s face it — the market has been flooded with inexperienced Scrum Masters, making a CSM certification a commodity rather than a real indicator of expertise.
How do you differentiate your knowledge, experience and commitment to an Agile way of working when anyone with a CSM can claim to be a Scrum expert?
In order to differentiate yourself from the masses, you need to advance yourself to the next level and complete an Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) course with The Scrum Academy.
Learn More Than the Scrum Basics
We both know that you’re not done growing yet. There’s more to learn and new practices to master as you mature in your career. But where are you supposed to find this information? With only thirteen pages, you won’t find your answers in the Scrum Guide.
When You Know More About Agile, You Do Better Scrum
If you want to build better teams, improve quality and release innovative products you need more than a foundational Scrum certification. You need to know how to use The Spirit of Scrum to create change. In addition, to advance your career as an Agile coach, you will need to know more about the following topics:
- Coaching individuals and teams;
- Effective Product Backlog management;
- Facilitation and effective meeting design;
- Improving your Definition of Done;
- Building and supporting high-performing teams;
- Developing product vision, Product Goals and Sprint Goals;
- Improving your interpersonal communication skills, in-person and online;
- More about other Agile methods, like Kanban and Extreme Programming;
- Fostering your personal growth and development;
- Importance of technical practices.
Our A-CSM course is divided into four half-day sessions and costs €895. By the end of these four days, you will have learned the next set of skills that brings you one step closer to becoming an Agile coach. Armed with the knowledge this certification brings you, you will have the backing to establish yourself as a serious professional with the relevant experience, must-have skills and practical know-how to lead Scrum and Agile teams.
