So far this year, I\u2019ve had the opportunity to attend four different conferences<\/strong> in four different countries: Belgium, Guatemala, Czechia, and Portugal! \u00a0While each event I attended was different, they had two things in common. One, they were small (which I prefer since I don\u2019t like big conferences). \u00a0Two, I learned a lot!<\/p>\n

So, now I\u2019m going to ask a slightly provocative question, \u201cWhen was the last time you were inspired by how someone used Scrum and Agile to achieve great results?<\/strong>\u201d For me, I rediscovered my inspiration at Agile Prague<\/a> when I heard the real life story of how Dmytro Yarmak<\/a> used Agile practices in the Ukrainian armed forces to fight against the Russian invaders of his country. \u00a0In addition, I was also inspired by the vibrant Portuguese Agile community I met while attending the Agile Coach Camp Portugal<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If you can\u2019t recall when you were last inspired by the work of others, then I\u00a0suggest it’s time for you to reconnect with your local Agile community and attend a local conference.\u00a0Below is a list of events that might unlock your inspiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
