{"id":3912,"date":"2018-11-13T07:00:13","date_gmt":"2018-11-13T15:00:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lookforwardconsulting.com\/?p=3912"},"modified":"2025-07-08T14:19:18","modified_gmt":"2025-07-08T13:19:18","slug":"las-4-cs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/es\/2018\/11\/13\/las-4-cs\/","title":{"rendered":"Las 4 C\u00b4s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Justo antes de <a href=\"http:\/\/agile2011.agilealliance.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Agile 2011<\/a>, tuve la oportunidad de co-entrenar un curso de CSM con un candidato incre\u00edble para unirse a las filas de Certified Scrum Trainers, <a href=\"https:\/\/scrumcoaching.wordpress.com\/about\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Karen Greaves<\/a>. Una de las razones por las que me interes\u00e9 en entrenar con Karen es que ha estado aplicando muchos de los conceptos de Entrenamiento desde la parte de atr\u00e1s de la sala (Training From the Back of the Room o TFBR) sobre los que he tenido mucha curiosidad y estoy buscando aplicar en mi curso. Ten\u00eda curiosidad por ver c\u00f3mo otro practicante aplicar\u00eda estos conceptos y los usar\u00eda para ense\u00f1ar Scrum.<\/p>\n<p>El beneficio m\u00e1s visible de mi colaboraci\u00f3n con Karen para m\u00ed fue &#8220;4C&#8221;, para el plan de capacitaci\u00f3n para mi curso de CSM. &#8220;4C&#8221; es un acr\u00f3nimo que significa &#8220;Conexi\u00f3n, Contenido, Pr\u00e1ctica Concreta, Conclusi\u00f3n&#8221; y son el marco para que un instructor ayude a dise\u00f1ar su clase para que aproveche TFBR y el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alcenter.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Aprendizaje Acelerado<\/a>. Los 4C se describen con m\u00e1s detalle a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Conexiones<\/strong>: Este es el comienzo o la apertura de un entrenamiento. Tambi\u00e9n puede incluir tiempo de pre-entrenamiento. Durante esta etapa, los alumnos hacen conexiones con lo que ya saben, o creen que saben, sobre el tema de capacitaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n hacen conexiones con lo que aprender\u00e1n con los otros alumnos del grupo de capacitaci\u00f3n y con usted, el capacitador.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conceptos<\/strong>: Esta es la instrucci\u00f3n directa, la clase de lectura o presentaci\u00f3n de un entrenamiento. Durante esta fase, los alumnos obtienen nueva informaci\u00f3n de manera multisensorial: Escuchando, viendo, debatiendo, escribiendo, reflexionando, imaginando, participando y ense\u00f1ando a otros.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e1ctica concreta<\/strong>: Esta es la revisi\u00f3n activa que generalmente sigue a la entrega de informaci\u00f3n. Durante la pr\u00e1ctica concreta, los alumnos practican activamente una nueva habilidad utilizando la nueva informaci\u00f3n, participan en una revisi\u00f3n activa de lo que han aprendido y nuevamente ense\u00f1an a otros lo que saben o pueden hacer ahora.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conclusiones<\/strong>: Esta es la parte de cierre o cierre de una capacitaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n puede incluir tiempo de post-entrenamiento. Los alumnos resumen lo que han aprendido, lo eval\u00faan, se comprometen a usarlo en el trabajo o en sus vidas y finalizan con una breve celebraci\u00f3n de su experiencia de aprendizaje.<br \/>\nDesde mi experiencia con Karen y aplicando los &#8220;4C&#8221; por mi cuenta, el marco ofrece a los instructores dos ventajas poderosas:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cualquier curso se convierte inmediatamente en modular. Cada objetivo de aprendizaje se logra conectando a los alumnos con el tema, ense\u00f1\u00e1ndoles contenido, permiti\u00e9ndoles oportunidades de pr\u00e1ctica concreta para probar el material por su cuenta y termina con una conclusi\u00f3n antes de pasar al siguiente objetivo de aprendizaje. El curso se convierte en solo una serie de 4C que alcanzan objetivos de aprendizajes tras otro.<br \/>\nLos 4C proporcionan una herramienta de diagn\u00f3stico fant\u00e1stica para ayudarlo a mejorar cualquier curso. Dado que la clase ahora es modular, si una actividad de conexi\u00f3n no funciona, puede cambiarla. \u00bfLa secci\u00f3n de contenido es demasiado larga? Pasa a la pr\u00e1ctica concreta m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido.
