Hace poco me encontr\u00e9 con un libro asombroso y desafiante:\u00a0Software for Your Head\u00a0de Jim McCarthy<\/a>. Hay muchas cosas interesantes sobre este libro. Una de las herramientas clave que descubr\u00ed que pod\u00eda usar de inmediato era el llamado Perfection Game (juego de la perfecci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n

El juego de la perfecci\u00f3n tiene dos ventajas principalmente. Una, lograr resultados perfectos al pensar y hablar con las personas de tu alrededor de lo que te gusta y lo que har\u00eda que los resultados fueran perfectos. Dos, dar retroalimentaci\u00f3n a otra persona que afirme que es una oportunidad de aprendizaje. Dado que el Juego de la perfecci\u00f3n proviene de los Protocolos Principales<\/a>, hay una forma muy espec\u00edfica de jugarlo. Estas son las reglas:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. El solicitante le pregunta a uno de las personas que responden: “\u00bfJuegas conmigo al juego de la perfecci\u00f3n?”<\/li>\n
  2. A continuaci\u00f3n, el solicitante pregunta: “En una escala de 1 a 10, \u00bfc\u00f3mo calificar\u00edas [el elemento, la acci\u00f3n o el evento que se considera]?”<\/li>\n
  3. La persona que responde le dice al solicitante que fue bueno, o que le gust\u00f3, sobre el elemento, actividad o acci\u00f3n del solicitante en la forma de “Lo que me gust\u00f3 fue [a … b … c …]”.<\/li>\n
  4. A continuaci\u00f3n, el solicitante pregunta a la persona que responde, “\u00bfQu\u00e9 lo habr\u00eda hecho perfecto?”<\/li>\n
  5. Luego, la persona que responde dice que acciones espec\u00edficas se necesitan en la siguiente iteracci\u00f3n para que el elemento, evento o actividad sea perfecto en la forma de “Lo que lo habr\u00eda hecho perfecto para m\u00ed es [x … y … z …]”.<\/li>\n
  6. Finalmente, el solicitante mira a la persona que responde a los ojos y dice “gracias”.<\/li>\n
  7. Repita los pasos 1 a 6 con todos las personas que deban responder.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Como dije antes, seguir el protocolo descrito en el juego es extremadamente importante<\/strong>. La retroalimentaci\u00f3n puramente o parcialmente negativa (“cr\u00edtica constructiva”) no est\u00e1 permitida en ning\u00fan momento del juego de la perfecci\u00f3n. Como persona que responde, debe dar la retroalimentaci\u00f3n al solicitante verbalmente, no se permite una respuesta por escrito. Si no puede pensar en algo que ayude al solicitante a mejorar, la puntuaci\u00f3n predeterminada en el juego de la perfecci\u00f3n es un 10 por perfecto.<\/p>\n

    Una nota acerca de la escala en el juego de la perfecci\u00f3n: La escala del 1 al 10 no\u00a0 trata de ir desde un me gusta al no me gusta, donde 1 es “completamente no me gusta” y 10 es “perfecto”. M\u00e1s bien, la escala va de “el objeto no tiene valor” a “no puedo pensar en nada que pueda mejorarlo”. Ten en cuenta que, como persona que responde, si das un 8, est\u00e1s diciendo que es 80% perfecto, por lo que puedes decirle al solicitante exactamente lo que necesita hacer para obtener el 20% que falta.<\/p>\n
