Max Pool has a great post today on his site highlighting the importance of people in making an organization succeed. \u00a0This is one of the reason why this statement leads the Agile Manifesto<\/a>\u00a0(it is interesting that I keep <\/em>coming back<\/em><\/a> to this concept – CEN)<\/em>.<\/p>\n

“Individuals and interactions over process and tools”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I just want to amplify what Max says – when you act at work to make things better, you choose to improve your organization. \u00a0When all you do is sit at your desk and complain to your peers, you choose the status quo. \u00a0At some point we have to ask ourselves if we continue to do nothing against the status quo, when do we become enablers of it?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
