En mi <a href=\"https:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/es\/2016\/06\/30\/los-diez-tipos-de-pivotes-de-modelo-de-negocios-en-lean-startup\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00faltimo art\u00edculo<\/a>, habl\u00e9 sobre los diez tipos de pivotes del\u00a0mundo de <a href=\"http:\/\/theleanstartup.com\/principles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lean Startup<\/a>. Perm\u00edteme ilustrarte c\u00f3mo funcionan los pivotes con CSP Fast Pass, mi proyecto m\u00e1s reciente para ayudar a personas y negocios a ser m\u00e1s exitosos aplicando Scrum y Agile, como un caso de estudio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En mi presentaci\u00f3n en Agile Portugal 2016, habl\u00e9 sobre los diferentes giros y vueltas que tomamos durante el viaje de CSP Fast Pass hasta que llegamos al programa que tenemos hoy: Un programa de estudio de trabajo a la carta de cuatro meses de duraci\u00f3n, guiado para ayudar a que los practicantes de Scrum y Agile contin\u00faen su viaje profesional. En mi opini\u00f3n, creo que CSP Fast Pass ya ha pasado por dos pivotes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zoom Out &#8211; Me llev\u00f3 cerca de dos a\u00f1os entender que los cursos individuales, es decir, las caracter\u00edsticas, no se\u00a0venden. No importa el tema, la ubicaci\u00f3n ni el momento. Mi experiencia me ha demostrado que lo que la gente quiere es un paquete completo, es decir, un producto m\u00e1s grande, que termine con una certificaci\u00f3n profesional. En el caso de CSP Fast Pass, al final del programa los participantes han completado todos los requisitos educativos para convertirse en un \u201cCertified Scrum Profsessional\u201d (CSP).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tecnolog\u00eda &#8211; Me encanta ense\u00f1ar. Tambi\u00e9n tiendo a pensar a que el entrenamiento en persona, el entrenamiento en el aula, proporciona una mejor experiencia de aprendizaje para los estudiantes. Sin embargo, despu\u00e9s de reflexionar sobre unos datos de mercado que abarcaban de cuatro a cinco a\u00f1os, siento que mis sesgos personales para la formaci\u00f3n en persona me impidieron ver que la mayor\u00eda de la gente no considera pasar m\u00e1s de dos d\u00edas fuera de la oficina para continuar su formaci\u00f3n profesional. Sin embargo, el programa CSP en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrumalliance.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Scrum Alliance<\/a>, require de setenta horas de educaci\u00f3n continua o casi nueve d\u00edas de entrenamiento!! Esto es un problema. Ser\u00eda un reto para CSP Fast Pass asumir que la tecnolog\u00eda para entregar el entrenamiento fuera completamente dependiente de la instrucci\u00f3n directa en una clase. A finales del a\u00f1o pasado, pivotamos CSP Fast Pass a un programa predominantemente a la carta utilizando nuestro enfoque C6 que acopla videos cortos con la aplicaci\u00f3n en el trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entonces, \u00bfQu\u00e9 pivotes est\u00e1n en el horizonte para este producto? Es dif\u00edcil decirlo ya que nuestra comprensi\u00f3n de la necesidad del mercado alrededor de CSP Fast Pass contin\u00faa creciendo y evolucionando. Aunque creo que tenemos el <a href=\"https:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/es\/2016\/05\/11\/tres-formas-de-ver-si-su-producto-se-ajusta-mercado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ajuste problema-soluci\u00f3n y pistas para un ajuste de producto-mercado<\/a>, no tenemos un ajuste de modelo de negocio apto. El ajuste del modelo de negocio es el objetivo, por lo que los pivotes siguientes se basar\u00e1n en probar el ajuste del mercado de productos y explorar el modelo de negocio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si tuviera que adivinar lo que viene a continuaci\u00f3n, creo que una necesidad del cliente o u pivote de canal ofrecer\u00e1 nuevos datos para CSP Fast Pass y tal vez ofrezcan una idea sobre c\u00f3mo desarrollar el modelo de negocio.
