En Agile\u00a0Portugal, o\u00ed a Emily Bache<\/a>\u00a0dar un discurso inspirador sobre la importancia de los coding dojos para avanzar en el arte de los programadores y testeadores. Emily, al igual que yo, es una fuerte defensora del desarrollo guiado\u00a0en pruebas <\/a>(TDD – Test Driven Development), pero reconoce que, si bien el TDD es f\u00e1cil de explicar, es muy dif\u00edcil de poner en pr\u00e1ctica. Los coding dojos ayudan a abordar ese problema mediante la creaci\u00f3n de un espacio seguro para que los programadores y testeadores\u00a0obtengan m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre el TDD.<\/p>\n

\"CodingEntonces \u00bfqu\u00e9 es un\u00a0coding dojo? Un\u00a0coding\u00a0dojo es cuando de cuatro a ocho personas se re\u00fanen una vez a la semana para dialogar sobe\u00a0c\u00f3digos y reflexionar sobre c\u00f3mo mejorar su pr\u00e1ctica para escribir software. Los coding dojos son sesiones de tiempo cerradas\u00a0que duran desde sesenta a noventa minutos con al menos cuarenta y cinco minutos de \u00a0codificaci\u00f3n. El tiempo restante hasta al final del dojo se usa\u00a0en una\u00a0breve\u00a0retrospectiva dirigida por el facilitador. Se anima a los participantes a hacer el trabajo en parejas.<\/p>\n

Emily tambi\u00e9n escribi\u00f3 un gran libro, The Coding Dojo Handbook<\/a>, para ayudarle a iniciar sus propios coding dojos. En el libro se describen las cuatro simples reglas de todos los coding dojos:<\/p>\n
