\"OldClock\"<\/a>Una reuni\u00f3n es cualquier conversaci\u00f3n de la que resulta una decisi\u00f3n con el fin de conseguir algo. Dado que el objetivo de la reuni\u00f3n es llegar a una decisi\u00f3n, los participantes de la misma se quedan en la reuni\u00f3n hasta que hayan llegado a la decisi\u00f3n – no un segundo m\u00e1s, ni un segundo menos.<\/div>\n

Una ceremonia, por otro lado, est\u00e1 conducida por un reloj. Una vez que el reloj expira, la reuni\u00f3n ha terminado sin importar el resultado. Las ceremonias no son tan malas. Por ejemplo, podemos tener una ceremonia para celebrar un logro significativo, discutir un cambio en la estrategia o revisar los resultados de un proyecto. Pero tenemos que tener cuidado de las ceremonias sin sentido que solo consumen tiempo.<\/div>\n

Scrum tiene una gran cantidad de ceremonias – Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, retrospectiva y planificaci\u00f3n del Sprint. Incluso el propio Sprint podr\u00eda considerarse una ceremonia ya que cuando el tiempo expira, el Sprint termina. Sin embargo, el hecho de que sean ceremonias no significa que las piezas que forman Scrum son desechos in\u00fatiles de tiempo. Cada ceremonia en Scrum tiene un prop\u00f3sito espec\u00edfico que debe lograrse antes del cierre de tiempo y proporciona sentido a la ceremonia. Los tiempos que se exigen en cada ceremonia est\u00e1n presentes para alentar el enfoque, el ritmo, la responsabilidad y compromiso por parte de los participantes.<\/div>\n

Como revisi\u00f3n, aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 la lista de las ceremonias de Scrum, un breve resumen del prop\u00f3sito y la orientaci\u00f3n de\u00a0caja de tiempo.<\/div>\n

  1. El Sprint:<\/strong> una interacci\u00f3n para producir y entregar el incremento potencialmente despachable. La caja de tiempo\u00a0m\u00e1xima para un Sprint es de treinta d\u00edas.<\/li>\n
  2. Planificaci\u00f3n del Sprint<\/strong>: Conversaci\u00f3n en el comienzo de cada Sprint para decidir lo que va a ser entregado y demostrado en la Revisi\u00f3n del Sprint. La planificaci\u00f3n del Sprint no se le permite exceder de ocho horas para un Sprint de treinta d\u00edas.<\/li>\n
  3. Revisi\u00f3n del Sprint<\/strong>: conversaci\u00f3n al final de cada Sprint para ofrecer comentarios sobre el producto. No hay ninguna orientaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica sobre la duraci\u00f3n de la revisi\u00f3n del Sprint en Scrum, pero hay un l\u00edmite superior impl\u00edcito de cuatro horas para un Sprint de treinta d\u00edas.<\/li>\n
  4. Retrospectiva<\/strong>: conversaci\u00f3n del equipo al final de cada Sprint para reflexionar y buscar mejoras. Una vez m\u00e1s, ninguna orientaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica sobre la duraci\u00f3n de una retrospectiva en Scrum, pero hay un l\u00edmite superior impl\u00edcito de cuatro horas para la retrospectiva en Sprints de treinta d\u00edas.<\/li>\n
  5. Scrum diario<\/strong>: reuni\u00f3n diaria del equipo para ver si est\u00e1n en la pista o fuera de ella para la entrega del objetivo de Sprint antes del final del mismo. Es una regla de Scrum que el Scrum diario no exceda de quince minutos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    En general, no extendemos las cajas de tiempo\u00a0de las ceremonias de Scrum ya que queremos que la gente aprenda a c\u00f3mo alcanzar el objetivo dentro del tiempo concedido. La ruptura con las cajas de tiempo es normalmente un comportamiento que estamos tratando de solucionar con la introducci\u00f3n de Scrum, por lo que seguir permitiendo lo mismo ser\u00eda contraproducente. Por no hablar de que romper la caja de tiempo\u00a0de una ceremonia disminuir\u00eda los valores y principios de Scrum – sobre todo el compromiso, la responsabilidad y el ritmo. Por supuesto, si logramos el prop\u00f3sito de la ceremonia antes del final del tiempo permitido, la gente es libre de irse.<\/div>\n

    Sin embargo, si no se ha cumplido el objetivo de la ceremonia, los participantes podr\u00edan elegir ampliar\u00a0la caja de\u00a0tiempo hasta que se haya logrado el objetivo. La \u00fanica ceremonia para la que ser\u00eda muy reacio a ofrecer una extensi\u00f3n de tiempo ser\u00eda la del propio Sprint. Este ritmo es tan esencial para el buen funcionamiento de Scrum, que yo necesitar\u00eda una raz\u00f3n MUY convincente para romper la caja de tiempo. Me ha pasado y lo he hecho – s\u00f3lo que no es tan com\u00fan. Para todo lo dem\u00e1s, si los participantes consideran la ampliaci\u00f3n de la caja de tiempo\u00a0con una longitud espec\u00edfica, ser\u00eda de gran ayuda para lograr el prop\u00f3sito, por lo que confiar\u00eda en el juicio de los participantes.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
