Favor de envien ayuda de inmediato! &#8220;Si recibiera esta alerta, \u00bfc\u00f3mo podr\u00eda responder a los ciudadanos de la isla Waterfall?<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el \u00a0Scrum Gathering in Phoenix, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/peterstev\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Peter Stevens<\/a> de Suiza, ofreci\u00f3 esta estimulante lista de preguntas a considerar cuando se piensa en c\u00f3mo ayudar a la gente moverse de la vieja manera de hacer las cosas (Isla Waterfall) a un enfoque m\u00e1s \u00e1gil.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfQuieres que yo est\u00e9 aqu\u00ed?<\/strong> Muchas veces las personas dicen que quieren empezar a hacer Scrum o Agile, pero en realidad no est\u00e1n interesadas \u200b\u200ben hacer cambios significativos en su comportamiento o en la organizaci\u00f3n. O est\u00e1n dispuestos a que otras personas cambien con tal de que su mundo no cambie. Otro escollo a tener en cuenta es cuando el equipo declara su experiencia en un proceso \u00e1gil, pero en realidad tiene (sub)optimizado su proceso \u00e1gil en torno a sus particulares disfunciones organizativas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 est\u00e1 tratando de lograr?<\/strong> En la carrera por conseguir que un nuevo proyecto arranque, esta pregunta a menudo se pasa por alto. M\u00e1s importante a\u00fan, c\u00f3mo Scrum y Agile apoyan el objetivo de negocio de la organizaci\u00f3n es la esperanza de realizar. Tambi\u00e9n me gustar\u00eda a\u00f1adir que si los stakeholders no pueden describir su visi\u00f3n para una mejor organizaci\u00f3n, est\u00e1 pobremente articulado o est\u00e1 mal alineado con lo que los equipos tienen en mente para una mejor organizaci\u00f3n, entonces todo lo que se implementa con respecto a Scrum y Agile ser\u00e1 superficial y temporal .<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es su mayor obst\u00e1culo?<\/strong> Algo est\u00e1 pasando (o no pasando) en la organizaci\u00f3n que llev\u00f3 a la empresa a iniciar este proceso de investigaci\u00f3n sobre la adopci\u00f3n de un proceso \u00e1gil. Recomiendo \u200b\u200bpreguntar los Stakeholders como este impedimento afecta a su crecimiento futuro, las metas de ingresos, la innovaci\u00f3n de productos, calidad y\\o la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente. Si el impedimento no se mueve uno de esos cinco factores, no es el verdadero impedimento.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l fue su mejor proyecto?<\/strong> Pregunte a personas acerca de sus experiencias sobre ser miembro de un proyecto exitoso en la organizaci\u00f3n. Investigue cu\u00e1les fueron los factores que permitieron que el proyecto tuviera \u00e9xito. \u00bfFue el trabajo? \u00bfLa gente? \u00bfParticipaci\u00f3n de la direcci\u00f3n? \u00bfParticipaci\u00f3n de los clientes? \u00bfAlgo relacionado con la tecnolog\u00eda? Ponga estos art\u00edculos en una lista y aseg\u00farese de tener estos elementos antes de comenzar. Consulte la lista cuando la iniciativa de cambio tome forma para confirmar que estos factores siguen presentes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 ha funcionado en el pasado? <\/strong>La gran mayor\u00eda de organizaciones saben c\u00f3mo tener \u00e9xito, de otra manera ir\u00edan a la quiebra. En mi opini\u00f3n, uno de los factores que conducen a que muchas empresas est\u00e9n interesadas en Scrum y Agile es que han olvidado como cumplir, es decir, conseguir una victoria. Con esta pregunta, el trabajo consiste en descubrir lo que el negocio ya sabe como hacer bien y luego encontrar maneras de aprovechar esa experiencia en la nueva forma de trabajar juntos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9n quiere que este sea el mejor proyecto?<\/strong> Esta pregunta puede parecer completamente obvia, pero tome un momento para preguntar a los participantes si quieren que este proyecto sea el mejor proyecto de todos los tiempos. Esta simple pregunta tiene m\u00faltiples objetivos. Uno, establece el nivel de \u00e9xito muy alto. Nadie quiere entregar algo mediocre. Dos, la cuesti\u00f3n alienta a los participantes a comprometerse pronto para ser participantes activos en el cambio de cultura. Tres, esta pregunta desentierra los obst\u00e1culos que impidan que este proyecto sea el mejor proyecto de todos los tiempos. No empiece Scrum a menos que tenga un Product Owner que est\u00e9 facultado, comprometido y disponible. En casi todos los casos el Product Owner debe venir de la empresa. La verdad es que no me gustan los Product Owners t\u00e9cnicos. Si la empresa no ve el beneficio de la estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con el equipo t\u00e9cnico, por ejemplo, no se asigna un Product Owner a tiempo completo para el equipo, no haga Scrum.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfD\u00f3nde duele?<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bfQu\u00e9 es realmente tan malo en la Isla Waterfall? Una vez m\u00e1s, otra pregunta evidente, pero el objetivo es reunir informaci\u00f3n de cada parte de la organizaci\u00f3n acerca de lo que duele.
