Me encontr\u00e9 con esta\u00a0imagen de los\u00a0intrigantes dados hace unos meses cuando mi consultora colega de Canad\u00e1, <a href=\"https:\/\/masteringtheobvious.wordpress.com\/\">Ellen Grove <\/a>, tuite\u00f3 una foto de ellos. En seguida, quer\u00eda saber m\u00e1s acerca de ellos, donde poder comprarlos (f\u00e1cil de comprar en Amazon.com) y buscar formas de incluirlos en mi trabajo con clientes y en formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para m\u00ed, contar\u00a0experiencias\u00a0en el lugar de trabajo es una forma muy poderosa de\u00a0comunicarse con los dem\u00e1s y una t\u00e9cnica eficaz para desarrollar la empat\u00eda. Hay una raz\u00f3n por la que\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kent_Beck\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kent Beck<\/a> reemplaz\u00f3 aburridos documentos de requerimientos sin vida, con historias cuando cre\u00f3 Extreme Programming. Las historias son una buena manera de tomar conceptos e ideas abstractas y hacerlas concretas a trav\u00e9s de ejemplos y conexiones personales. Las historias son m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de recordad porque son una actividad social y fomentan el di\u00e1logo y la interacci\u00f3n. Las historias son tan poderosas que el libro <a href=\"https:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/2013\/10\/02\/gamestorming-playbook-innovators-rulebreakers-changemakers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Gamestorming <\/a>tiene una t\u00e9cnica llamada <a href=\"http:\/\/gamestorming.com\/games-for-fresh-thinking-and-ideas\/campfire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">campfire<\/a> (hoguera)\u00a0que sugiere el uso de la narraci\u00f3n de cuentos para acelerar la formaci\u00f3n de nuevas contrataciones y la difusi\u00f3n de la muchas veces sobreentendida, relevante e importante informaci\u00f3n t\u00e1cita para\u00a0los principiantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por extra\u00f1o que parezca, parece que nos hemos olvidado como contar historias en el lugar de trabajo. Como adultos ocupados, preferimos formas m\u00e1s directas para comunicarnos con otros, pero esto no ha sido\u00a0siempre el caso. En alg\u00fan momento en el pasado, todos fuimos\u00a0ni\u00f1os y como ni\u00f1os\u00a0nos quedamos fascinados por las historias. Las historias son una experiencia de inmersi\u00f3n para los ni\u00f1os. Las historias son\u00a0el m\u00e9todo por el cual los ni\u00f1os aprenden sobre el mundo que les rodea y tienen sentido de la cultura. No puedo pensar en un solo ni\u00f1o que no le guste\u00a0escuchar historias, contar historias o mezclar una historia al jugar a &#8220;qu\u00e9 pasar\u00eda si &#8230;&#8221;. Las historias son fundamentales para la experiencia de la ni\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 tienen que ver los\u00a0dados de im\u00e1genes con la narraci\u00f3n de historias en el lugar de trabajo? Los Story Cubes aprovechan nuestro deseo innato de contar y escuchar historias en un entorno social de una manera encantadoramente sencilla. Cuando se utiliza los Story Cubes, cada jugador (o narrador) tira los dados y crea\u00a0una\u00a0historia incorporando las im\u00e1genes aparentemente al azar que tocan en un cuento coherente que comienza con &#8220;\u00c9rase una vez &#8230;&#8221; La idea es usar\u00a0su experiencia de vida, creatividad y singularidad de construir una narraci\u00f3n. El objetivo\u00a0es que a trav\u00e9s de la narraci\u00f3n de cuentos usted\u00a0realice\u00a0conexiones entre ideas, eventos y elementos abstractos de\u00a0una nueva forma para\u00a0generar nuevas percepciones. O tal vez su historia cree esas nuevas percepciones\u00a0en\u00a0otras personas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para equipos de Scrum y Agile, los usos m\u00e1s obvios para Story Cubes est\u00e1n en Retrospectivas y al capturar historias de los usuarios. Ellen Grove tiene un gran art\u00edculo en su sitio web sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/masteringtheobvious.wordpress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">como utilizar Story Cubes en una retrospectiva<\/a>. No he utilizado la actividad exacta de Ellen, pero he utilizado Story Cubes en una retrospectiva y puedo confirmar que los Story Cubes son una maravillosa t\u00e9cnica para que la gente hable. Esto es especialmente cierto en\u00a0equipos que tienen la\u00a0cl\u00e1sica retrospectiva de cinco minutos en el que todo est\u00e1 bien y nada tiene que cambiar. Recomiendo el uso de Story Cubes para ayudar a los miembros del equipo a que lleguen m\u00e1s lejos. Cuanto m\u00e1s hablen, m\u00e1s se dar\u00e1n cuenta de que no todo est\u00e1 bien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La mayor parte de mi trabajo con Story Cubes se ha centrado en escribir mejores historias de usuarios. Es bien sabido que encuentro la mayor\u00eda de las sesiones de historias de usuario, tambi\u00e9n conocidas como\u00a0sesiones de preparaci\u00f3n del Product Backlog, <a href=\"https:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/es\/2013\/04\/18\/por-que-escribir-historias-de-usuario-tiene-que-ser-tan-malo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">extremadamente sosas y aburridas<\/a>. Si piensa que\u00a0escribir historias es\u00a0aburrido y ap\u00e1tico o siente como si se tratasen de requisitos anticuados, le sugiero que se centre en la mejora de su narraci\u00f3n. Contar historias es lo que hace a los Product Backlog ser m\u00e1s\u00a0convincente y sugiero que realice\u00a0este proceso para que sea m\u00e1s divertido con Story Cubes. Si usted no se divierte\u00a0al hablar de su producto, usted no va a hacer un producto innovador.
