En XP, s\u00f3lo hay dos roles: cliente y programador. Cuando usted est\u00e1 usando XP, los clientes toman las decisiones de negocio, los programadores toman decisiones t\u00e9cnicas y un rol no puede sustituir el juicio del otro. En resumen, los programadores no toman decisiones de negocios y los clientes no toman decisiones t\u00e9cnicas. Kent Beck y Martin Fowler, incluso fueron tan lejos como agregar una carta de derechos, que aclara lo que la gente puede esperar de\u00a0los dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Scrum no tiene nada parecido, as\u00ed que decid\u00ed crear el mio propio (modelado en el de los derechos de XP).
