Hab\u00edan pasado dos a\u00f1os desde que fui a un Gathering y estaba tan feliz que asist\u00ed a la conferencia porque me re-energiz\u00f3 e inspir\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Le recomiendo encarecidamente asistir a una conferencia de Scrum si no ha tenido la oportunidad de hacerlo. El evento de Am\u00e9rica del Norte se celebra siempre en la primavera (el destino ser\u00e1 Orlando en el 2016) y la reuni\u00f3n europea es en el oto\u00f1o (este a\u00f1o en Praga). Este a\u00f1o, me qued\u00e9 bastante impresionado con la calidad de los ponentes en la conferencia de Scrum y me gust\u00f3 mucho el enfoque de los organizadores hacia los practicantes.<\/p>\n<p>Estas son algunas de las cosas con las que me qued\u00e9 y quer\u00eda compartir.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El rol del ScrumMaster es permanecer neutral con respecto a la auto-organizaci\u00f3n del equipo. Dejando de lado los resultados, un ScrumMaster puede entonces apoyar al equipo en sus elecciones. Los ScrumMasters deben preguntarse a s\u00ed mismos regularmente a esta pregunta: &#8220;\u00bfQu\u00e9 es m\u00e1s importante &#8211; conseguir la soluci\u00f3n correcta o que el equipo aprenda?&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Use sus habilidades sociales para influir a rebeldes y esc\u00e9pticos. Seg\u00fan Adele Maynes, los rebeldes rompen todas las reglas, mientras que los esc\u00e9pticos se muestran cautelosos sobre la adopci\u00f3n de nuevas pr\u00e1cticas. Mientras que los rebeldes eran los adoptantes iniciales de Scrum y Agile, como Scrum est\u00e1 cada vez m\u00e1s establecido los esc\u00e9pticos se sienten mucho m\u00e1s c\u00f3modos con las ideas contenidas en Scrum y Agile. EXCELENTE!<\/li>\n<li>Michael Sahota cree que Agile y Scrum pueden reducirse a un concepto simple: &#8220;Valoramos a las personas&#8221;. Cuando perdemos la pista de la gente, Michael siente como creamos un ciclo de desconexi\u00f3n que hace acumular la deuda organizacional (similar a la <a href=\"https:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/2008\/12\/12\/is-code-foreclosure-in-your-future\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">deuda de dise\u00f1o<\/a>). La clave para el pago de la deuda de la organizaci\u00f3n es mejorar la seguridad en primer lugar, crear confianza, establecer una conexi\u00f3n aut\u00e9ntica y construir un entorno cuando la gente pueda\u00a0sentirse vulnerable entre s\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Patrick McConnell enfatiz\u00f3 la importancia del <a href=\"https:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/2013\/02\/25\/more-servant-leadership-is-needed-not-less\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Servant Leadership<\/a> para el ScrumMaster.
