href=\"https:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/\">The Scrum Academy<\/a> and I produced this top ten blog posts for 2014. \u00a0Enjoy!<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/2012\/11\/28\/14-scrum-case-studies\/\">13 Scrum Case Studies<\/a>: case studies are always popular and this entry tops the list of top ten posts for the second year in a row. \u00a0In addition to the case studies, be sure to read the\u00a0both parts of our March entry, Nine Ways to Ensure You Succeed with Scrum (<a href=\"http:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/2014\/03\/13\/nine-ways-ensure-succeed-scrum-part\/\">part 1<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/2014\/03\/19\/nine-ways-ensure-succeed-scrum-part-ii\/\">part 2<\/a>), to learn what are the essential constraints to a successful Scrum transformation.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/2013\/08\/01\/less-a-framework-to-scale-scrum-and-agile\/\">LeSS &#8211; A Framework to Scale Scrum &amp; Agile<\/a>: another entry from\u00a0our <a href=\"http:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/2014\/02\/05\/top-10-blog-posts-2013\/\">2013 top ten list<\/a>, moves from third place to take the second position in 2014. \u00a0I suspect this growth in interests reflects growing desire to understand more about\u00a0how to support Scrum in larger enterprises. \u00a0Read the second part of this article, <a still finding one of my personal favorites on making authentic\u00a0commitments valuable. \u00a0I recommend reading this <a href=\"http:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/2014\/08\/11\/are-you-in-or-out-check-in-check-out-protocols\/\">August 2014 entry<\/a>\u00a0regarding\u00a0the Check In and Check Out protocols if you are looking to increase the engagement of your Teams.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/2014\/08\/14\/scrum-art-twice-work-half-time\/\">Scrum: The Art of Doing Twice the Work in Half the Time<\/a>: the first <a href=\"http:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/category\/book-reviews\/\">book review<\/a> to make it into a top ten list. \u00a0If you found <a href=\"http:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/2013\/06\/25\/offshore-team-with-onshore-scrummaster-does-it-work\/\">Offshore Team with Onshore ScrumMaster &#8211; Does it Work?<\/a>: this provocative article was popular again in 2014. \u00a0I recommend taking some time to read\u00a0this entry (<a href=\"http:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/2014\/06\/20\/blow-place\/\">Blow the Place Up!<\/a>) from my short and a use case.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/2011\/01\/24\/bill-of-rights-for-the-scrum-roles\/\">Scrum Bill of Rights<\/a>: this list of Scrum rights is modeled after the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.extremeprogramming.org\">Extreme Programming<\/a>\u00a0Bill of Rights. \u00a0I find it helpful to have a similar list in Scrum to help explain what are the different expectations
