{"id":1905,"date":"2014-07-17T09:38:00","date_gmt":"2014-07-17T16:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lookforwardconsulting.com\/?p=1905"},"modified":"2025-07-09T11:25:52","modified_gmt":"2025-07-09T10:25:52","slug":"less-un-marco-para-escalar-scrum-y-agilismo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/es\/2014\/07\/17\/less-un-marco-para-escalar-scrum-y-agilismo\/","title":{"rendered":"LeSS \u2013 Un Marco para Escalar Scrum y Agilismo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Parece ser que hay una manera de hacer Scrum a escala y su nombre es LeSS &#8211; refiri\u00e9ndose a la idea de que <strong>menos<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>(&#8220;less\u201d)<\/strong>\u00a0es la clave para lograr m\u00e1s con Scrum. \u00a0LeSS es un acr\u00f3nimo para referirse a \u201c<strong>L<\/strong>arg<strong>e<\/strong>&#8211;<strong>S<\/strong>cale <strong>S<\/strong>crum\u201d &#8211; Scrum a Gran Escala &#8211; y sus pr\u00e1cticas se crearon en base a la experiencia en este campo y a la colaboraci\u00f3n de dos de mis compa\u00f1eros Instructores Certificados de Scrum, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.craiglarman.com\/wiki\/index.php?title=Main_Page\">Craig Larman<\/a> y Bas Vodde. \u00a0Bas y Craig tienen excelentes credenciales por haber trabajado en grandes proyectos multic\u00e9ntricos. \u00a0Desde principios del 2005, han estado trabajando en grandes proyectos plurianuales con equipos distribuidos por todo el mundo, los cuales han usado Scrum para integrar de forma exitosa productos de software y de hardware.<\/p>\n<p>Los detalles sobre el marco LeSS se pueden encontrar en los libros que se enumeran a continuaci\u00f3n y hay un resumen MUY BUENO de LeSS en la edici\u00f3n de mayo\/junio del 2013 de Crosstalk. \u00a0Ambos libros aparecen en la lista de lecturas para mi Curso de ScrumMaster Certificado. \u00a0\u00a1Entre los dos libros son m\u00e1s de 1000 p\u00e1ginas de texto sobre las maravillas de escalar!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scaling Lean &amp; Agile Development: Thinking and Organizational Tools for Large-Scale Scrum.<\/li>\n<li>Practices for Scaling Lean &amp; Agile Development: Large, Multisite and Offshore Product Development with Large-Scale Scrum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Estos libros son densos y realmente intimidantes. \u00a0Asustan a la gente, aunque no deber\u00edan. \u00a0Yo prefiero el primer libro (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Scaling Lean &amp; Agile<\/span>) porque explica claramente c\u00f3mo se relaciona el Pensamiento Lean y Scrum. \u00a0Es el \u00fanico libro que deber\u00eda leerse de principio a fin. \u00a0A la mayor\u00eda de mis clientes y a mis antiguos alumnos les gusta el segundo libro, (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Practices for Scaling Lean &amp; Agile<\/span>), ya que pueden saltarse cap\u00edtulos y pasar directamente a los cap\u00edtulos que hablan del tema sobre el que necesitan ayuda \u2013 entre estos temas se incluyen pr\u00e1cticas con el c\u00f3digo, equipos, estimaciones, planificaci\u00f3n y pruebas de verificaci\u00f3n. \u00a0El otro beneficio de este libro es que no proporciona ninguna reglas sobre escalamiento que uno deba seguir, pero si da una serie de ideas para que uno las pruebe y tambi\u00e9n habla de las cosas que se deben evitar. \u00a0Conf\u00edo en que usted, como profesional, podr\u00e1 aplicar su buen juicio a su situaci\u00f3n y encontrar\u00e1 algo que le funcione.<\/p>\n<p>Obviamente, deber\u00eda leer los libros. \u00a0Tienen much\u00edsimos detalles \u00fatiles, ideas y cosas para intentar ayudarle a tener \u00e9xito en su organizaci\u00f3n. \u00a0Sin embargo, har\u00e9 un resumen de lo que creo son los dos conceptos primordiales que tiene que tener en cuenta antes de empezar con LeSS o antes de considerar escalar Scrum.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>La clave de LeSS es crear Equipos que se caractericen por ser multifuncionales, maduros y empoderados y que cuenten con ScrumMasters y Product Owners dedicados. \u00a0Los asuntos sin resolver a nivel de Equipo se propagan por toda la organizaci\u00f3n a medida que Scrum va escalando. \u00a0Si no domina Scrum a nivel de Equipo, entonces naufragar\u00e1 a nivel de empresa.<\/li>\n<li>Los patrones que utilizamos para escalar Scrum son diferentes cuando se tienen de dos a tres equipos, de tres a doce equipos y m\u00e1s de doce equipos. \u00a0Mientras pasamos de un nivel a otro, hay que tener much\u00edsimo cuidado y prestar mucha atenci\u00f3n para que el Esp\u00edritu de Scrum permanezca intacto y tener una consideraci\u00f3n vital a la hora de tomar decisiones. \u00a0Hay una tendencia en las grandes organizaciones de querer reemplazar pensamientos cuidadosamente meditados con adherencias a las pol\u00edticas que no tienen sentido, y que en mi opini\u00f3n, significa el final de Scrum.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Seg\u00fan mi propia experiencia, si usted tieneestas dos ideas presentes en su mente, tendr\u00e1 \u00e9xito con Scrum a escala.
