{"id":1645,"date":"2013-04-23T07:33:43","date_gmt":"2013-04-23T14:33:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lookforwardconsulting.com\/?p=1645"},"modified":"2025-02-21T14:11:52","modified_gmt":"2025-02-21T14:11:52","slug":"hay-un-scrum-diario-cuando-el-scrummaster-no-esta-disponible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thescrumacademy.com\/es\/2013\/04\/23\/hay-un-scrum-diario-cuando-el-scrummaster-no-esta-disponible\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfHay un Scrum diario cuando el ScrumMaster no est\u00e1 disponible?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy recib\u00ed este mensaje de un antiguo alumno y a continuaci\u00f3n doy mi respuesta.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><i>&#8220;Si (el ScrumMaster) tuviera que trabajar desde su casa durante un par de semanas,\u00a0 \u00bfrecomiendas que el Equipo lo llame por tel\u00e9fono para que el SM puede escuchar y participar a trav\u00e9s de teleconferencia?, \u00bfcrees que los stand ups deben ser cancelados si el SM no est\u00e1 presente?, o \u00bfcrees que los stand ups deben seguir realiz\u00e1ndose de todas formas sin el SM?&#8221;<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El prop\u00f3sito del Scrum diario es que el Equipo vuelva a conectar, a pedir (u ofrecer) ayuda y a saber sin van por buen camino o no con respecto a la entrega del objetivo del Sprint. Es una oportunidad para el Equipo de proporcionar visibilidad, auto-organizarse, colaborar y revisar y adaptar. El Scrum diario es una reuni\u00f3n para hablar sobre otras reuniones que necesitan tener ese mismo d\u00eda pero m\u00e1s tarde. Por lo tanto, si el ScrumMaster no puede estar f\u00edsicamente presente para el Scrum diario, el Equipo realizar\u00e1 el Scrum diario ya que necesitan colaborar unos con los otros y hacer ajustes muy concretos para lograr la meta de Sprint antes de la revisi\u00f3n del Sprint.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yo recomendar\u00eda que, cuando el ScrumMaster se vaya a ausentar por un largo per\u00edodo de tiempo, un miembro del equipo asuma la responsabilidad de facilitar el Scrum diario. Es muy dif\u00edcil para el ScrumMaster facilitar un Scrum diario a trav\u00e9s de una llamada puente y no hacer que la reuni\u00f3n se convierta en un informe de estado para el ScrumMaster. Una vez que el Scrum diario se convierte en un informe, el valor total de la reuni\u00f3n se pierde. Por esta raz\u00f3n, a menudo me refiero a las respuestas de los miembros del Equipo a las Tres Preguntas como un &#8220;chequeo&#8221; en lugar de una &#8220;actualizaci\u00f3n&#8221;. El idioma es realmente importante en esta conversaci\u00f3n y si usamos palabras anticuadas, es f\u00e1cil caer en comportamientos anticuados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El ScrumMaster debe hacer un esfuerzo por participar en los Scrum diarios, incluso cuando no se encuentra en el lugar de trabajo.
