Reconnect with your Local Agile Community

So far this year, I’ve had the opportunity to attend four different conferences in four different countries: Belgium, Guatemala, Czechia, and Portugal!  While each event I attended was different, they had two things in common. One, they were small (which I prefer since I don’t like big conferences).  Two, I learned a lot!

So, now I’m going to ask a slightly provocative question, “When was the last time you were inspired by how someone used Scrum and Agile to achieve great results?” For me, I rediscovered my inspiration at Agile Prague when I heard the real life story of how Dmytro Yarmak used Agile practices in the Ukrainian armed forces to fight against the Russian invaders of his country.  In addition, I was also inspired by the vibrant Portuguese Agile community I met while attending the Agile Coach Camp Portugal.
